1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EyeTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EyeTrack is a mobile application that provides science-backed eye health exercises, vision tests, and lifestyle recommendations. The App tracks your daily habits and provides a personalized eye health score.

3. Medical Disclaimer

EyeTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The eye tests, scores, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional eye care.

• Vision test results are approximate and should not be used for prescribing corrective lenses.
• Always consult a qualified ophthalmologist or optometrist for eye health concerns.
• If you experience sudden vision changes, eye pain, or other symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

EyeTrack may offer premium features through subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, exercises, and algorithms — are owned by EyeTrack and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyeTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EyeTrack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
